I went to see Nicola a few months ago where I did not really know which treatment I wanted. My head was all over the place, still coming to terms with a bereavement. Nicola encouraged me to look after my skin health, she refused to give me any treatment at all that day and gave me free samples of skincare.
Believe me, she could have given me anything and I'd have said yes to it. Nicola was professional and respectful in her communication, where her ethics and integrity shone through. I would trust Nicola completely for any treatment in the future, as this conduct made me realise what a fabulous practitioner she really is.
