Our approach

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

• Text and background colours are chosen to be easy to read, with contrast checked against WCAG AA.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
• Images have text descriptions, and the layout works on small screens and when zoomed in.
• Animations are switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

Some parts of the website come from other providers and are outside our direct control: the online booking system (Aesthetic Nurse Software), the introduction video (YouTube) and the map (OpenStreetMap). If any of these causes you difficulty, please call us and we'll help.
